Arelo is an Australian-based company founded in May 2020 with a bridge across technology; and commercial furniture. Managing Director, Darran Low’s extensive IT background, combined with connection in the cabinet making and fit-out experience, contributed to creating the Arelo CX Digital Stand.
Working in the Tech industry for over two decades, Darran saw a niche in the market to empower both the customer and business with an onsite digital content application to engage and capture data.
Utilising the low-code platform OutSystems, Darran and his team initially designed the bespoke Customer Experience (CX) application for the automotive industry in Australia.
The first automotive showroom pilot went live in Brighton, Victoria, on the 17th of July 2020, successfully winning the contract and rolling the application out nationwide.
The continuous development of the Arelo CX Application now makes it suitable for all types of industries as the team look forward to more development and business growth.
